At Computer People LLC, we prioritize clarity, professionalism, and reliability in all client engagements. Our services are provided under contractual and project-based agreements with defined scopes and deliverables.
Refund Terms

No Refunds Policy: All payments for services rendered, including consultations, IT implementations, and business process work, are non-refundable once engagement has commenced.

Exception Clause: A refund may be considered only if Computer People LLC, represented by the principal technologist, is unavailable to perform the agreed scope of work and no alternate fulfillment pathway is offered or executed.

Service Disruption: Client claims regarding incomplete service must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of project disruption. Claims will be assessed for validity and alignment with signed agreements.
Billing & Deliverables

All service engagements are subject to our standard payment terms and milestone billing schedules.

Invoices reflect labor, project scope, and resource allocation already committed.

Refund requests due to change of mind, scope adjustment, third-party conflicts, or delivery timelines are not honored.
